Schneems

In the summer of 2011 I taught an 8 week long Rails class at the University of Texas with help of Austin Software Mentors. 

Class Structure:
8 one hour classes followed by assigned course work from Agile Web Development with Rails version 4 

Content: 

Each lecture is recorded and posted online on vimeo as well as the lecture slides, assignments and topics covered over each lecture. All of the material is available on Schneems.com. 

Questions: 
At this time I cannot answer direct questions related to course material. If you have feedback about things you liked, or didn’t please contact me. I’m also interested in making the material and course better in the future. If you do get stuck please ask questions on Stack Overflow and please seek out your local Rails user group such as AustinOnRails. I also highly recommend Rails Guides, as well as RailsCasts and of course simply googling your questions.
